Registration is open! The Winter Information Security Workshop will be held on Wednesday, January 25, 2023. Offered twice each year, our full-day online workshops are designed specifically to meet the professional development needs of California Community Colleges information technology personnel.

Cybersecurity incidents can be frightening, especially in the first few hours after an incident has been detected. The California Community Colleges Information Security Center, in collaboration with the Chancellor’s Office, has created a guide to support you through this process.

Unlimited SSL Certificates
Unlimited SSL certificates are available for no charge to California community colleges as part of their membership in the InCommon Federation. InCommon membership for all 116 colleges is being paid for by the CCC Chancellor's Office. Find out how to receive security certificates for your college's web servers.
What We Do:
The California Community Colleges Information Security Center proactively assesses the information security needs of the system, and offers services to CCC campuses designed to maintain the integrity of information systems by:
- Understanding CCC IS priorities
- Offering free vulnerability scanning
- Developing IS policies & procedures
- Promoting IS awareness
- Publicizing important IS information
